B4E — founded on demand of the industry:
a network operator's challenge was and has been to keep its
billing operations in pace with the always changing requirements of the market
and business models, and the ongoing technical evolution. Combining mobile communications based on GSM
and GPRS providing voice, W@P, and IP-services, the operator was looking for a single rating and billing
engine - and did not find any suitable and superior system that would satisfy quite normal requirements
such as
unseen flexibility regarding products and services offered and priced
speed-to-market when implementing new products and services
scalability regarding functionality as well as subscriber numbers

Focused on these requirements, B4E - established by telecommunication experts and consultants - created
B-oo-levard®. By end of 2000 Individual Pricing (RATING) of B-oo-levard®
was completed; in late 2001 Aggregate Pricing (BILLING) has been finalized.

offering its unique "Tarifautomatik"-Service
(Best Option Billing)
since mid of 2002 with great success based on this brandnew rating, account management and billing system.
In January 2003 the telecommunication practice of
Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, the
leading global IT service provider started to build up an intense product
know how with B-oo-levard®. In close co-operation with B4E CGE&Y is offering services
including integration and outsurcing to their customers based on this on-line realtime and event-based billing
system.
