Already the founders of B4E have had together a tremendous experience in billing systems development and implementation within the telecommunications industry. They have implemented various billing systems, conducted many projects, and have worked for some system integrators and billing system vendors. So, they put together the best of each approach how to successfully implement a billing system - and learned also how not to run implementation projects. And adapted their experiences to the chances B-oo-levard® is providing. The result is a refined methodology that almost guarantees timely and cost adherant implementation projects.

B4E has developed an implementation methodology which consists of iterations instead of using a “waterfall approach” or “big bang”. Quality of the project work, of the product, and of the results in general can be measured far better this way and improvements to the implementation process can be implemented during the project itself.
