The B4E Professional Services Team delivers a full range of skills to meet the client's most complex integration challenges. Key criterias of the integration service offerings are

• provides a single point of responsibility, clear reporting, and a defined problem resolution procedure

• coordinates the business process migration from the present to the future while improving efficiency at the same time where possible and reasonable

• coordinates technical migration (e.g. data) from your existing system landscape while checking on quality of the data as well

• provides well conducted training sessions complemented by in-depth documentation to the user community and the IT operations staff
